Tea Party Desserts
& UPCOMING EVENTS
It was very challenging to choose dessert options for this year’s Mother’s Day. With Kate Darnell’s assistance, we chose the following items as Petite Treats and Restaurant Desserts, as some people prefer to enjoy a larger dessert size.
Lemon Curd Tarts with Fresh Berries
Spiced Macadamia Dark Chocolate Mousse Petite Cups and Domes
Wagon Wheel Hearts
Toffee covered Profiteroles with Vanilla Bean Crème Patissiere featuring Burraduc Farm Buffalo Milk.
Quiches featuring local produce
White Chocolate Lemon Truffles
Milk Chocolate Caramel truffles featuring Coastal Brewing company Whoota RIPA
Dark Chocolate Truffles featuring CBC Blueys Brown Ale.
If you don’t have a High Tea/Tea Party set up, there is also the option to hire vintage crockery, cutlery, glassware and tablecloths with your delicious treats. You may like to host an Alice in Wonderland/Mad Hatter’s Tea Party or an elegant Regal High Tea.

Pacific Palms Art Festival Opening Night
Friday 9th June 2023
This is my biggest donation of the year to support the Pacific Palms Art Festival and Pacific Palms Public School. As cake is not a medium that can be entered into this festival, Cath Bennett (PPAInc organiser) and I collaborated to create the Edible Art section for guests to enjoy on the Opening Night, as part of the cost of their ticket. It is an opportunity to enjoy art as a visual entity and also to savour the fascinating flavours and create memories for all the right reasons.
Dessert is generally the last food item to be eaten at a function. It can make or break your event. Will your guests remember what an incredible night they had that culminated in savouring every mouth-watering moment of dessert or will they remember the night as being ruined by the bad taste left in their mouth? #creatememoriesforalltherightreasons #edibleart
Tickets are on sale now at https://www.pacificpalmsartsinc.org.au/pacific-palms-art-festival.
