Nadine’s baking debut began in primary school. During a competition, the judges disqualified her Women's Weekly "Duck Cake" as they simply could not believe that a child had made the cake! Since then, Nadine's career has led her to train and work internationally in London, Canada and Rockpool, as a pastry chef in Sydney, and now, in Barrington Coast.
We believe that collaboration is key, and we will work closely with you to ensure that your delicious dessert represents you! Your cake will not leave Nadine's custom-designed commercial kitchen headquarters unless she is 100% happy!
