You’ll see some professional photos here but most are REAL Cakes made in my REAL Kitchen for REAL Customers! As each cake is all about you, I rarely make the same twice. Please use this a guide to what is possible. Cakes can be sculpted as 2D or 3D. Edible images and different types of cake toppers are available. Delicious Dessert Cakes are exactly that. Dessert in a slice! You are welcome to choose from the different flavours to create your own or I can recommend ideas. What are you waiting for? Have a look!
I’ve been making Double Chocolate Fudge Cakes for a long time. It’s so popular as a cake that it deserves its own section! A delicious fudge chocolate cake covered with dark chocolate ganache using Callebaut Chocolate. Generally, it is served as a thick, single layer cake for your special occasion but it can be layered with ganache for Wedding Cakes. It doesn’t actually need any extra adornment but I am happy to create something spectacular for you. You may like coloured Callebaut White Chocolate Flowers, fresh berries, chocolate or toffee decorations or a creation of your own!

This traditional favourite has had a modern makeover. Each Black Forest Cake has 3 layers of Chocolate Sponge, Spiced Morello Cherries & Syrup with Heering 200 Cherry Liqueur & Whipped Cream then covered with Callebaut Dark Chocolate “Bark” and decorations. As you can see, the design can differ and Specialty Diets are catered for with Gluten & Dairy Free options available and if you prefer a non-alcoholic version, I can omit the Cherry Liqueur. My Spiced Cherry Conserve is delicious if you prefer a different Chocolate Cherry experience!

Featuring local Burraduc Farm Buffalo Milk and a Miroir (Jelly) made with local fruit, this individual dessert is a customer favourite! Minimum order is 15 large or 30 small Bavarois.

I make Gluten Free Flour to order to suit your requirements. All care is taken when preparing your creation but no responsibility accepted once it is in your possession. For extreme conditions, I offer a complete kitchen clean for a $50 fee to ensure peace of mind.
Light and fluffy Sponge is an old-time favourite for most people. Layered with your choice of my homemade conserves and whipped cream it’s a wonderful way to treat your family and friends. From simply elegant “Victoria Sponge” through to a Summer Fruit extravaganza and coloured cream for novelty children’s cakes. Sponge Cakes are a light dessert option.
Being a qualified Pastrychef, I do love making pastry so Dessert Tarts are also available. You may enjoy a Summer Fruit Tart, Pear & Chocolate Frangipane, Lemon/Lime Tart, Fruit & Frangipane Tart, Pecan Pie or Banoffee Pie to name a few!
